This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 23, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) between Zayo Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”) and Matt Steinfort (the “Executive”) (each of the foregoing individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
