This Amendment #3 (the “Amendment No. 3”) is entered into by and between Everspin Technologies, Inc. (“Everspin”), and GLOBALFOUNDRIES Inc. (“GLOBALFOUNDRIES”), and amends and supplements that certain STT-MRAM Joint Development Agreement between the parties dated October 17, 2014, as amended (the “Agreement”).
