THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 2-1-18 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Adtalem Global Education Inc. (“Adtalem”), and Stephen W. Beard (the “Executive”). Adtalem and the Executive are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and together as “Parties.”
