This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated October 10, 2019 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and EPI Health, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“Buyer”).
