This NON-QUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made as of the 6th day of September, 2019 between Daseke, Inc, (the “Company”), and Christopher Easter (the “Participant”), and is made pursuant to the terms of the Company’s 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan (as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Plan”). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Plan.
