THIS EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 11 March 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Ecolab Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with all present and former parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and affiliated corporations the “Company”), and Jill Wyant (“Executive”).
