This First Amendment OF registration rights Agreement (“Amendment”) is hereby adopted by and among Theravance Biopharma, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”) and Glaxo Group Limited (“Investor”), effective as of February 10, 2020 (the “Effective Date”).
