THIS LICENSE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of July 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between (i) T-Mobile USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and (ii) DISH Network Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Purchaser”). Seller and Purchaser are each a “Party,” and collectively are the “Parties.”

This Master Network Services Agreement, dated this first day of July, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is between T-Mobile USA, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“T-Mobile”), and DISH Purchasing Corporation, a Colorado corporation (“DISH”), and (but solely for purposes of Section 13), DISH Network Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Parent”). T-Mobile and DISH are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
