THIS SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 31, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and among NeuroBo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), ANA Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned holder (“Stockholder”) of shares of capital stock (the “Shares”) of Parent.
