MORGAN, whose address is 11800 Jones Road, Sanger, Texas 76266 (“Executive”), and TEXAS ROADHOUSE MANAGEMENT CORP., a Kentucky corporation having its principal office at 6040 Dutchmans Lane, Louisville, Kentucky 40205 (the “Company”).
