This AMENDMENT TO THE COLLABORATION AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”) is effective as of December 1, 2020 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), by and between UNIQURE BIOPHARMA B.V., a corporation organized under the laws of the Netherlands, having its principal place of business at Paasheuvelweg 25a, 1105 BP Amsterdam, The Netherlands (“uniQure”), and BRISTOL-MYERS SQUIBB COMPANY, a Delaware corporation headquartered at 430 E. 29 Street, 14 Floor, New York, New York, USA 10016.
