This CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 18th, day of February, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and among ORANGE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Bank”) and Robert Peacock (the “Executive”).
