This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on March 28, 2022, at New York, New York, effective as of the 19th day of January, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), and is by and between Scott R. Milford, an individual residing at the address listed in the Company’s files (“Executive”), and XpresSpa Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal offices located at 254 W 31st St, New York, NY 10001 (the “Company”).
