This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made effective as of May 9, 2022 ("Effective Date") and entered into as of the date of last signature below ("Execution Date") by and between AXON ENTERPRISE, INC., a Delaware corporation, ("Company") and JAMES C.
