This Fourth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 7, 2022, is among ArcBest Corporation (formerly known as Arkansas Best Corporation) and each of its direct or indirect Subsidiaries that joins this Agreement from time to time as a Borrowing Subsidiary, the Lenders and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as a LC Issuer, Swing Line Lender and as Administrative Agent.
