This Securities Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 28, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and among Kala Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the purchasers listed on the signature pages hereto (each a “Purchaser” and together the “Purchasers”).
