This Confidential Separation Agreement and General Release (this “Separation Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 19, 2023 (date of last signature) by and between Willdan Group, Inc., including its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (the “Company”) and Paul Whitelaw (“Whitelaw”).
