This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into, effective as of the 17th day of April, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Van Wert Federal Savings Bank (the “Bank”) and Richard W. Brackin (the “Executive”). Any reference to the “Company” shall mean VWF Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of the Bank.
