THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of August 8, 2022, by and between Nutex Health, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), and Pamela Montgomery, (the "Employee" and together with the Company referred to as the "Parties") to become effective as of the date hereof (the "Effective Date").
