This Transition and Separation Agreement and General Release (this “Agreement”) agreed to by and between Agile Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) and Jason Butch (“you”), dated as of August 16, 2023, sets forth the terms of the transition of your role and your ultimate separation of employment with the Company.
