THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated this first day of February, 2024, between Needham Bank, with its principal place of business in Needham, Massachusetts (the “Bank”) and Jean-Pierre (JP) Lapointe (the “Executive”). When used in this Agreement, the term “Company” shall refer to NB Bancorp, Inc., the holding company of the Bank.
