THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this ___8__ day of March, 2024, by and between BAR HARBOR BANKSHARES, a Maine corporation with its headquarters located in Bar Harbor, Maine (the “Company”), BAR HARBOR BANK & TRUST, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Bank”) (together, the “Employer”), and JOSEPHINE IANNELLI, residing at the address on file with the Employer (the “Executive”).
