THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered as of the 25th day of October, 2023, by and among PRIMIS FINANCIAL CORP.., a Virginia corporation (the "Bancorp"), PRIMIS, a Virginia state-chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of the Bancorp (the "Bank"; the Bancorp and the Bank are collectively referred to herein as the "Employer''), and RICKEY ALLEN FULK ("Executive").
