AUGMENTING LENDER SUPPLEMENT, dated April 1, 2014 (this “Supplement”), to the Credit Agreement, dated as of April 15, 2011 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), among ProAssurance Corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party thereto and U.S. Bank National Association, as administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
