THIS DISTRIBUTION AND FULFILLMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of June 17, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Monro, Inc., a New York corporation (“Monro”), and American Tire Distributors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ATD”).
