This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 11th day of January, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), between Biostage, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and David Green (the “Executive”). For purposes of this Agreement the “Company” shall refer to the Company and any of its predecessors.
