This FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 22, 2014 among NIELSEN FINANCE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, “Nielsen”), TNC (US) HOLDINGS INC. (formerly known as VNU, Inc.), a New York corporation (together with its successors and assigns, “TNC” and, together with Nielsen, the “U.S. Borrowers”), NIELSEN HOLDING AND FINANCE B.V.
