In order to ensure the fulfillment of the multiple debts (hereunder referred to as the “main debt”) in continuous period between Pary B and NeoPhotonics Dongguan Co., Ltd. (hereunder referred to as “the debtor”), party A is willing to provide maximum amount guarantee.
