THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is made this 1st day of April, 2015, between ARE-MA REGION NO. 38, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”), and SERES HEALTH, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
