This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 4th day of August, 2016, and amends and restates the Employment Agreement originally effective as of March 31, 2016 (the “Original Agreement”), by and among Cedar Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Corporation”), Cedar Realty Trust Partnership, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), and Robin McBride Zeigler (the “Executive”).
