This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 17th day of April, 2017 (the “Agreement Date”), by and between Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (the “Corporation”), with and on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC (“GLDD LLC”) (together, the “Company”), and Kyle D.
