THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September1, 2017, (the “Effective Date”), by and between People’s Utah Bancorp, a Utah corporation (the “Bancorp”); People’s Intermountain Bank, a Utah corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of the Bancorp (the “Bank”) (the Bancorp and the Bank are referred to separately and collectively as the “Company”); and Len E. Williams, an individual (“Executive”).
