Wishing to continue your employment with the Company, you and the Company are entering into this mutually agreeable form of amended and restated employment agreement (this “Agreement”), which will be effective as of March 12, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), and which sets forth the terms of your employment for the Scheduled Term set forth below.
