THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 21st day of February, 2018, by and between OLD DOMINION ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, a utility aggregation cooperative organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “Employer”), and Marcus M. Harris (the “Executive”).
