THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 17th day of January, 2018, by and between Capital Senior Living, Inc., a Texas corporation (“CSL” or “the Company”), and Jeremy D. Falke, an individual residing in the State of Texas (“Employee”). The term of this Agreement shall be deemed to have commenced as of February 19, 2018 (“Employment Commencement Date”).
