This Repurchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 9, 2018, by and among the stockholders of Select Interior Concepts, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), listed on Schedule I hereto (each a “Seller,” and collectively, the “Sellers”), and the Company.
