This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into as of this 23rd day of November 2018 but shall be effective upon the Effective Time (as defined in the Merger Agreement defined below) (hereinafter the “Employment Date”), by and between CenterState Bank, N.A., a national banking association (the "Bank"), and William E. Matthews, V (the "Executive").
