THIS SIXTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") dated as of February 5, 2019 (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by and among SAIA, INC., a Delaware corporation (the "Borrower"), the undersigned financial institutions (each individually, a "Bank," and collectively, the "Banks"), and BOKF, NA dba BANK OF OKLAHOMA (successor to Bank of Oklahoma, N.A.), as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent.
