I, Daniel D. Greenwell, in consideration of and subject to the performance by LSB Industries, Inc. (together with its affiliated companies and subsidiaries and its successors and assigns, the “Company”), of its obligations under Section 9 of the Employment Agreement, dated as of December 30, 2015 (the “Agreement”), do hereby release and forever discharge as of the date hereof the Company and its respective affiliates and subsidiaries and all present, former and future directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns of the Company and/or its respective affiliates and subsidiaries and direct or indirect owners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) to the extent provided herein (this “General Release”). Terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

Michael J. Foster (“Executive”) and LSB Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), entered into an employment agreement effective as of January 5, 2016 (“Employment Agreement”), the initial term of which is scheduled to expire on January 4, 2019.

Mark Behrman (“Executive”) and LSB Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), entered into an employment agreement effective as of December 31, 2015 (“Employment Agreement”), the initial term of which is scheduled to expire on December 30, 2018.
