This Eleventh Amended and Restated Rent Supplement (this “Eleventh Amended Supplement”) between Sharyland Distribution & Transmission Services, L.L.C. (“Lessor”) and Sharyland Utilities, L.P. This SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the 1st day of January, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), between Sharyland Distribution & Transmission Services, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company (“SDTS”), and Hunt Utility Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Hunt Manager”). SDTS and Hunt Manager may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
