This Sixth Amended and Restated Investment Advisory Agreement (this “Agreement”) by and between GARRISON CAPITAL INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and GARRISON CAPITAL ADVISERS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), is made the 6th day of May 2019 and effective as of the 1st day of January 2019.
