This Executive Employment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Horizon Pharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Horizon Pharma USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, each having a principal place of business at 150 S. THIS COMMERCIAL SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective this 18th day of November, 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between Catalent Indiana, LLC (“Catalent”), an Indiana limited liability company with offices at 1300 South Patterson Drive, Bloomington, Indiana 47403, and Horizon Pharma Ireland Limited (“Client”), a company incorporated under the laws of Ireland with offices at Connaught House, 1 Burlington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.
