This letter agreement (the “Agreement”) memorializes the employment terms for your anticipated hire by Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (the “Company”) in the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer reporting to Leone Patterson, Chief Executive Officer.
