This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into effective as of May 8, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between G1 Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Jennifer K. Moses (“Employee”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Employment Agreement dated as of May 10, 2016, as amended, between the Company and Employee.
