THIS RESTRICTED STOCK UNIT AWARD AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of May 1, 2019 (the “Date of Grant”), by and between J.Jill, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Mark Webb (the “Participant”).
