SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of May 31, 2019, among Government Real Estate Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (the “Guaranteeing Subsidiary”), a subsidiary of CoreCivic, Inc. (successor to Corrections Corporation of America) (or its permitted successor), a Maryland corporation (the “Issuer”), the Issuer, the other Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) and Regions Bank, as trustee under the indenture referred to below and successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association (the “Trustee”).
