This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of January 8, 2020, is by and among Craven House Capital North America LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Buyer”), IIU, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Company”), and LM Funding America, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”).
