Gelfond (the “Executive”) and IMAX Corporation (the “Company”), dated November 8, 2016 (the “Agreement”), in accordance with the provisions of Section 15 of the Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly set forth below in this Amendment from and after the Effective Date, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect on the same terms and conditions. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
