This Separation Agreement is entered into between SailPoint Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its parent and affiliated companies (collectively referred to herein as “Company”) and James C. McMartin (“Employee”). SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation and indirect parent of Company, is referred to herein as “SAIL”.
