This DES Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 20, 2019, by and between South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, a South Carolina corporation (the “Company”), and DOMINION ENERGY SERVICES, INC., a Virginia corporation (“DES”), for the benefit of the Company.
